Processing & Handling Time

Delivery Timeframes
Standard domestic shipping within the United States typically takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your geographic location relative to our distribution point in San Diego, CA.
Please note: Unexpected courier delays due to weather conditions, holiday volume spikes, or regional carrier bottlenecks may occasionally extend shipping times.
Shipping Address Corrections
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. Once an order has entered the dispatch queue or has been picked up by the shipping carrier, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives with damaged exterior packaging that has harmed your tools, or if tracking shows your package was lost in transit:

Take clear photographs of the box and affected products.

Contact Yvette Malave at [email protected] within 5 business days of delivery/expected delivery so we can initiate a claim with the carrier and send out a replacement item.
